Méthodologie
Le score global pour chaque ville a été dérivé de chacune de ces mesures:
1. Taux d'accession à la propriété constitué 33,3% du score total. Un taux plus élevé a obtenu un score plus élevé. Le taux provient des estimations sur cinq ans de l’Enquête auprès des communautés américaines du recensement américain aux États-Unis pour tous les lieux de l’état, tableau DP 04.
2. Coûts mensuels de propriété sélectionnés en pourcentage du revenu médian du ménage constituaient 16,7% du score total. Un pourcentage inférieur a obtenu un score plus élevé. Les coûts mensuels pour les propriétaires en pourcentage du revenu médian des ménages représentaient la moitié du score d'accessibilité. Le revenu médian des ménages provient des estimations du recensement américain sur cinq ans de l'Enquête auprès des collectivités américaines, pour tous les lieux de l'État, tableau DP 03. Le chiffre relatif aux coûts mensuels pour les propriétaires de logements provient des estimations du recensement américain du SCC sur cinq ans pour tous les lieux de l'État. Tableau DP 04.
